Michael Thorne has been photographing Weddings in Canberra and surrounding region since 1980.

 

During that time he has been awarded ‘ACT Wedding Photographer of the Year’ four times by the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (ACT Division) as well as ‘ACT Portrait Photographer of the Year’ and ‘ACT Professional Photographer of the Year’.

 

Michael has an easy going, informal approach to his photography, thus ensuring his clients are not stressed out on what could be a stressful day. The resulting images tell the story of a romantic, relaxed and fun-filled day, the way Wedding days should be.

 

The photography session can be recorded entirely with professional digital equipment or with a mixture of digital and traditional film equipment.

 

Images can be presented in Traditional Albums, Digital Albums or A4 and A3 photo-book publications plus CD’s or DVDs, depending on the requirements of the married couple.

 

Michael has photographed Weddings in Merimbula, Moruya, Bodalla, Batemans Bay, Durras, Crookwell, Boorowa, Goulburn, Young, Yass and Wee Jasper, Bungendore and Braidwood as well as the ACT, so travelling interstate presents no problem to this happy photographer.
