ACCOMMODATION  The Brassey of Canberra is a boutique heritage hotel (est 1927) located on the fringe of the parliamentary triangle in the quiet, central suburb of Barton.  The hotel is within walking distance to many of Canberra’s tourist attractions including; both house of Parliament, The National gallery of Australia, The National Library and Kingston and Manuka shopping villages.

 

The Brassey offers two types of accommodation, garden courtyard 3 ½ star rooms and heritage deluxe 4 star rooms. Our heritage deluxe rooms feature 1920’s décor and charm as well as Foxtel.

The Brassey of Canberra has a restaurant and bar located within the hotel.  We offer our guests complimentary use of the Barton Tennis Courts (5 minute walk) and the Royal Military Golf Club (10 minute drive).

 

With only 75 guest rooms The Brassey is a very small and intimate hotel.  We offer our guest’s personal service and complete comfort in an atmosphere of old world charm and elegance whilst still having all the facilities expected of a modern hotel.
